第三十条 ３

３ 締約(ていやく)国(こく)は、国際法(こくさいほう)に従(したが)い、知的財産権(ちてきざいさんけん)を保護(ほご)する法律(ほうりつ)が、障害者(しょうがいしゃ)が文化(ぶんか)的(てき)な作品(さくひん)を享受(きょうじゅ)する機会(きかい)を妨(さまた)げる不当(ふとう)な又(また)は差別(さべつ)的(てき)な障壁(しょうへき)とならないことを確保(かくほ)するための全(すべ)ての適当(てきとう)な措置(そち)をとる。
3. States Parties shall take all appropriate steps, in accordance with international law, to ensure that laws protecting intellectual property rights do not constitute an unreasonable or discriminatory barrier to access by persons with disabilities to cultural materials.
