第二十四条５

５締約(ていやく)国(こく)は、障害者(しょうがいしゃ)が、差別(さべつ)なしに、かつ、他(た)の者(もの)との平等(びょうどう)を基礎(きそ)として、一般(いっぱん)的(てき)な高等教育(こうとうきょういく)、職業訓練(しょくぎょうくんれん)、成人教育(せいじんきょういく)及(およ)び生涯学習(しょうがいがくしゅう)を享受(きょうじゅ)することができることを確保(かくほ)する。このため、締約国(ていやくこく)は、合理的配慮(ごうりてきはいりょ)が障害者(しょうがいしゃ)に提供(ていきょう)されることを確保(かくほ)する。

5. States Parties shall ensure that persons with disabilities are able to access general tertiary education, vocational training, adult education and lifelong learning without discrimination and on an equal basis with others. To this end, States Parties shall ensure that reasonable accommodation is provided to persons with disabilities.
