（ｄ）障害者(しょうがいしゃ)が、その効果(こうか)的(てき)な教育(きょういく)を容易(ようい)にするために必要(ひつよう)な支援(しえん)を一般(いっぱん)的(てき)な教育(きょういく)制度(せいど)の下(した)で受(う)けること。
