第十九条（ａ）

（ａ）障害者(しょうがいしゃ)が、他(ほか)の者(もの)との平等(びょうどう)を基礎(きそ)として、居住地(きょじゅうち)を選択(せんたく)し、及(およ)びどこで誰(だれ)と生活(せいかつ)するかを選択(せんたく)する機会(きかい)を有(ゆう)すること並(なら)びに特定(とくてい)の生活(せいかつ)施設(しせつ)で生活(せいかつ)する義務(ぎむ)を負(お)わないこと。

（a） Persons with disabilities have the opportunity to choose their place of residence and where and with whom they live on an equal basis with others and are not obliged to live in a particular living arrangement;
