第十三条 ２

２ 締約(ていやく)国(こく)は、障害者(しょうがいしゃ)が司法(しほう)手続(てつづき)を利用(りよう)する効果(こうか)的(てき)な機会(きかい)を有(ゆう)することを確保(かくほ)することに役立(やくだ)てるため、司法(しほう)に係(かか)る分野(ぶんや)に携(たずさ)わる者(もの)（警察官(けいさつかん)及(およ)び刑務官(けいむかん)を含(ふく)む。）に対(たい)する適当(てきとう)な研修(けんしゅう)を促進(そくしん)する。
2. In order to help to ensure effective access to justice for persons with disabilities, States Parties shall promote appropriate training for those working in the field of administration of justice, including police and prison staff.
