（c）全(すべ)ての報道(ほうどう)機関(きかん)が、この条約(じょうやく)の目的(もくてき)に適合(てきごう)するように障害者(しょうがいしゃ)を描写(びょうしゃ)するよう奨励(しょうれい)すること。
