（b）教育(きょういく)制度(せいど)の全(すべ)ての段階(だんかい)（幼年期(ようねんき)からの全(すべ)ての児童(じどう)に対(たい)する教育(きょういく)制度(せいど)を含(ふく)む。）において、障害者(しょうがいしゃ)の権利(けんり)を尊重(そんちょう)する態度(たいど)を育成(いくせい)すること。
