第四条 １（ｉ）

（i）この条約(じょうやく)において認(みと)められる権利(けんり)によって保障(ほしょう)される支援(しえん)及(およ)びサービスをより良(よ)く提供(ていきょう)するため、障害者(しょうがいしゃ)と共(とも)に行動(こうどう)する専門家(せんもんか)及(およ)び職員(しょくいん)に対(たい)する当該(とうがい)権利(けんり)に関(かん)する研修(けんしゅう)を促進(そくしん)すること。
（i） To promote the training of professionals and staff working with persons with disabilities in the rights recognized in this Convention so as to better provide the assistance and services guaranteed by those rights.
