第三十四条１１

１１国際連合事務総長(こくさいれんごうじむそうちょう)は、委員会(いいんかい)がこの条約(じょうやく)に定(さだ)める任務(にんむ)を効果的(こうかてき)に遂行(すいこう)するために必要(ひつよう)な職員(しょくいん)及(およ)び便益(べんえき)を提供(ていきょう)するものとし、委員会(いいんかい)の最初(さいしょ)の会合(かいごう)を招集(しょうしゅう)する。

11. The Secretary‐General of the United Nations shall provide the necessary staff and facilities for the effective performance of the functions of the Committee under the present Convention, and shall convene its initial meeting.
