第三十四条 １

１ 障害者(しょうがいしゃ)の権利(けんり)に関(かん)する委員会(いいんかい)（以下(いか)「委員会(いいんかい)」という。）を設置(せっち)する。委員会(いいんかい)は、以下(いか)に定(さだ)める任務(にんむ)を遂行(すいこう)する。
1. There shall be established a Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities（hereafter referred to as "the Committee"）, which shall carry out the functions hereinafter provided.
