第三十条１

１締約(ていやく)国(こく)は、障害者(しょうがいしゃ)が他(た)の者(もの)との平等(びょうどう)を基礎(きそ)として文化(ぶんか)的(てき)な生活(せいかつ)に参加(さんか)する権利(けんり)を認(みと)めるものとし、次(つぎ)のことを確保(かくほ)するための全(すべ)ての適当(てきとう)な措置(そち)をとる。

1. States Parties recognize the right of persons with disabilities to take part on an equal basis with others in cultural life, and shall take all appropriate measures to ensure that persons with disabilities：
