第二十五条（ｅ）

（ｅ）健康保険(けんこうほけん)及(およ)び国内法(こくないほう)により認(みと)められている場合(ばあい)には生命(せいめい)保険(ほけん)の提供(ていきょう)に当(あ)たり、公正(こうせい)かつ妥当(だとう)な方法(ほうほう)で行(おこな)い、及(およ)び障害者(しょうがいしゃ)に対(たい)する差別(さべつ)を禁止(きんし)すること。

（e） Prohibit discrimination against persons with disabilities in the provision of health insurance, and life insurance where such insurance is permitted by national law, which shall be provided in a fair and reasonable manner;
