第二十五条

締約(ていやく)国(こく)は、障害者(しょうがいしゃ)が障害(しょうがい)に基(もと)づく差別(さべつ)なしに到達(とうたつ)可能(かのう)な最高(さいこう)水準(すいじゅん)の健康(けんこう)を享受(きょうじゅ)する権利(けんり)を有(ゆう)することを認(みと)める。締約(ていやく)国(こく)は、障害者(しょうがいしゃ)が性別(せいべつ)に配慮(はいりょ)した保健(ほけん)サービス（保健(ほけん)に関連(かんれん)するリハビリテーションを含(ふく)む。）を利用(りよう)する機会(きかい)を有(ゆう)することを確保(かくほ)するための全(すべ)ての適当(てきとう)な措置(そち)をとる。締約(ていやく)国(こく)は、特(とく)に、次(つぎ)のことを行(おこな)う。

States Parties recognize that persons with disabilities have the right to the enjoyment of the highest attainable standard of health without discrimination on the basis of disability.
