第二十四条 ２（ｂ）

（ｂ）障害者(しょうがいしゃ)が、他(た)の者(もの)との平等(びょうどう)を基礎(きそ)として、自己(じこ)の生活(せいかつ)する地域社会(ちいきしゃかい)において、障害者(しょうがいしゃ)を包容(ほうよう)し、質(しつ)が高(たか)く、かつ、無償(むしょう)の初等教育(しょとうきょういく)を享受(きょうじゅ)することができること及(およ)び中等教育(ちゅうとうきょういく)を享受(きょうじゅ)することができること。
（b） Persons with disabilities can access an inclusive, quality and free primary education and secondary education on an equal basis with others in the communities in which they live;
