第二十二条 ２

２ 締約(ていやく)国(こく)は、他(ほか)の者(もの)との平等(びょうどう)を基礎(きそ)として、障害者(しょうがいしゃ)の個人(こじん)、健康(けんこう)及(およ)びリハビリテーションに関(かん)する情報(じょうほう)に係(かか)るプライバシーを保護(ほご)する。
2. States Parties shall protect the privacy of personal, health and rehabilitation information of persons with disabilities on an equal basis with others.
