第二十一条（ａ）

（ａ）障害者(しょうがいしゃ)に対(たい)し、様々(さまざま)な種類(しゅるい)の障害(しょうがい)に相応(そうおう)した利用(りよう)しやすい様式(ようしき)及(およ)び機器(きき)により、適時(てきじ)に、かつ、追加(ついか)の費用(ひよう)を伴(ともな)わず、一般(いっぱん)公衆(こうしゅう)向(む)けの情報(じょうほう)を提供(ていきょう)すること。

（a） Providing information intended for the general public to persons with disabilities in accessible formats and technologies appropriate to different kinds of disabilities in a timely manner and without additional cost;
