（x）家族(かぞく)が、社会(しゃかい)の自然(しぜん)かつ基礎的(きそてき)な単位(たんい)であること並(なら)びに社会(しゃかい)及(およ)び国家(こっか)による保護(ほご)を受(う)ける権利(けんり)を有(ゆう)することを確信(かくしん)し、また、障害者(しょうがいしゃ)及(およ)びその家族(かぞく)の構成(こうせい)員(いん)が、障害者(しょうがいしゃ)の権利(けんり)の完全(かんぜん)かつ平等(びょうどう)な享有(きょうゆう)に向(む)けて家族(かぞく)が貢献(こうけん)することを可能(かのう)とするために必要(ひつよう)な保護(ほご)及(およ)び支援(しえん)を受(う)けるべきであることを確信(かくしん)し、
